在你遵守本协议的前提下，开发者授予你一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让、不可转授的许可，仅供你在自有的 iOS 设备上以非商业目的安装和使用本 App。
本 App 是一款离线的个人胶片器材与库存管理工具，功能包括但不限于：胶卷与器材的库存记录、价值与账目统计、临期提醒、内置测光表 / 测距仪、拍照识别胶卷型号等。
本 App 提供的测光表、测距仪、胶卷识别、价值 / 回血 / 统计估算等功能，其结果均基于设备传感器与算法估算，仅供参考，不保证准确、完整或适用于任何特定用途，也不构成任何专业建议。
本 App 按“现状”和“现有”基础提供，在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不就本 App 作出任何明示或默示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性、不中断或无错误的保证。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本 App 而导致的任何直接、间接、偶然或后果性损失（包括但不限于数据丢失、利润损失、拍摄失误），开发者均不承担责任。
本 App 运行于 Apple iOS 系统并使用其相机、相册、通知、本地存储等系统能力，相关服务适用 Apple 的相应条款与政策。
开发者可能不时更新本协议。更新后将修改顶部“最后更新日期”，重大变更会通过 App 更新说明或 App 内提示告知。你在变更后继续使用本 App，即视为接受修订后的协议。
若你违反本协议，开发者有权终止向你授予的许可。你也可以随时停止使用并删除本 App 以终止本协议。
本协议的订立、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律（不含冲突法规则）。

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App on iOS devices you own, for non-commercial purposes only.
The App is an offline personal tool for managing film gear and inventory. Features include, but are not limited to: film and gear inventory records, value/accounting statistics, expiry reminders, a built-in light meter / rangefinder, and photo-based film model recognition.
The results provided by the App's light meter, rangefinder, film recognition, and value/return/statistics estimates are based on device sensors and algorithmic estimation. They are provided for reference only, with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose, and do not constitute professional advice.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted/error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or shooting errors) arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
The App runs on Apple's iOS and uses system capabilities such as the camera, photo library, notifications, and local storage. Such services are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
The developer may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will be revised, and significant changes will be communicated via the App's update notes or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you breach these Terms, the developer may terminate the license granted to you. You may also terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing use and deleting the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules).
